Party Volunteer Opportunities

It took a Village to raise these amazing young adults and we are not quite done. Please join us in helping make this a night to remember, celebrating our graduating seniors and by volunteering at their Senior All Night Party.

Below is a brief overview of the areas where we need your time and talents. To sign up, click on the button below which will take you to our Google Form; once signed up details will be sent via email. If you are available for more than one shift, please feel free to sign up for more than one slot.

We need many helpers for the following areas:

​

Registration – greet graduates, verify identity to check them in, pass out t-shirts, and store personal belongings in individual bags.

 

Security – monitor exterior doors and allow access for volunteers in a secure and efficient way.

 

Entertainment – assist with games including game show, bowling, Bingo, laser tag, prize wheel, and many more.

 

Prizes – assist with displaying, monitoring, and distributing hundreds of door prizes, grand prizes, and casino prize winnings.

 

Photographers – capture images of graduates enjoying time with their classmates on graduation evening. Upload images to specified Google drive.

 

Food – monitor food lines and punch graduates’ lanyards for each food course served. Ensure clear flow to prevent bottlenecks.

 

Send Off – assist graduates in finding their personal bag and prizes at the end of the party. A smooth and organized send-off is essential to leave a lasting positive impression.

 

Clean Up – assist in cleaning up games and pulling together the party crew’s belongings to store in an organized manner at the end of the party.
