Parents of the graduating class of 2025 at Blaine High School are busy planning an exciting evening of fun, food, and entertainment for graduating seniors following the BHS graduation ceremony on June 1, 2025. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun-filled way for students to celebrate the culmination of their high school years.
We are excited about giving our 2025 graduating class a successful celebration, but we can’t do it without the tremendous support we receive from you - our friends in the community! We are seeking monetary donations to defray costs and/or merchandise/gift card donations from your place of business to use as door prizes. We are expecting to host approximately 350 students from the Graduating Class of 787, so we have an aggressive fundraising goal of $15,000 this year. This will allow us to provide each attendee with a unique door prize (average value of $50 per prize) as well as food and entertainment for the night. We will also be offering scholarships to students in need. Donations of any amount are welcome, and all donors will be recognized the evening of the event and on Social Media!
The Senior All Night Party Committee is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Organization and our TIN is 41-1938671. Each year, 100% of donations received go directly toward party expenses and prizes for the seniors. We also encourage students and their families to patronize our sponsors and return your support. PLEASE NOTE: We are 501(c)(3) organization, your donation can be claimed as a Charitable Gift.
We would greatly appreciate receiving your donation by May 1, 2025; however, the sooner we receive donations, the easier it will be to determine our final budget and plan for our event. Thank you in advance for your consideration of our request and for your generosity.
