
Important Information
Below is information that you will find helpful for the night of the party, an email reminder will be sent just before the Event as well.

Check-in at Bowlero in Blaine is from 9:00pm - 10:15pm. The doors will "lock" at 10:16pm and admittance will no longer be allowed. If a registered participant does not check in during these times, we will communicate with the parent/guardian listed on the waiver, please note that no refunds will be given.

Seniors must present a screen shot of their Student Info from their Student Vue account. Please make sure that the Date of Birth is blacked out as that is private information. The Check In workers will be verifying faces and names to the ID screenshot to ensure that only Blaine 2025 Seniors are admitted to the Event.

No personal belongings besides cell phones and car keys will be allowed to be brought into Bowlero. A wristlet or small clutch size purse may be brought in if absolutely necessary. Anything brought into the facility will be placed in a secure area in a bag designated for each Senior.

Upon arrival, Seniors will check-in at our entrance, receive a lanyard with a schedule of events, prize raffle tickets, and a t-shirt. Seniors will change into their Senior All-Night Party T-shirt, and give the shirt they wore to our volunteers in our secure bag area to be placed in their assigned bag.

All seniors will be dismissed from Bowlero at 3:00 AM. Seniors will NOT be allowed to leave prior to that time. Seniors also will NOT be allowed to leave early with parent volunteers.

Bring/wear a pair of socks if planning on bowling.

If your senior requires vegetarian or gluten-free food options, please communicate this to the committee at blaine.sanp@gmail.com by Friday, May 16th.

Bowlero and the Senior Party are drug, alcohol, and tobacco free. Anyone in violation of this policy will be asked to leave in the company of his/her parent or guardian. Police involvement may be necessary if there is an apparent violation of the law and a parent/guardian cannot be reached to provide safe transportation home.
